Return & Refund Policy
Clear guidance for returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds.
Return window: Contact us within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
Start here: Email service@velqazyn.com with your order number. Wait for instructions before shipping anything back.
1. Return Eligibility
Eligible items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required. Used kitchen items may be ineligible for hygiene or safety reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or the return results from our error. We do not charge a restocking fee.
4. Return Address
Our support team will supply the appropriate return address after reviewing your request. The business address below is not automatically a return address. Please do not send an item there unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
5. Packing and Shipping
Pack your return securely. We recommend a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until the return is resolved.
6. Inspection and Refunds
We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
7. Exchanges
Contact us before requesting an exchange. We will confirm item availability and any applicable price difference.
8. Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. An order can be canceled only before it enters fulfillment. Once shipped, the applicable return process applies.
9. Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
